I think one of the things that people struggle with when they come home from work is trying to find something to eat for dinner. When most people want an easy dinner, they bring home take out but I always have the food lacking in nutrition and real ingredients and on top of that, it's expensive for what it is. I put together a little tutorial of a super easy dinner that has NO measurements, no rules, and tastes yummy! I really believe ANYONE can do this.
Side Note: When I eat this, I balance it out with a simple green salad and there you go for a well balanced meal. Enjoy! =)
